How to request deletion of your data
Ask·ilia handles messages and comments for clinics on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp. You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.
- Email us at info@ask-ilia.com from the relevant account, or with enough detail to identify your data (the clinic you contacted and the platform you used). We will delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
- Or disconnect: if a clinic removes Ask·ilia from its Facebook Page, Instagram, or WhatsApp account, we stop processing new data for that connection and delete or anonymise the associated data.
What gets deleted
Your message and comment content, platform identifiers, and any appointment details we stored — except data we are legally required to keep, and data already recorded in the clinic's own software.
