Terms of Service

Effective date: 19 October 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Ask·ilia, operated by Ask-ilia LLC (შპს "ასკ-ილია"), registered in Georgia (TIN 405860803), Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, M.Lomonosov St. N 10 ("Ask·ilia", "we", "us"). Contact: info@ask-ilia.com.

By using Ask·ilia — as a clinic that connects it to your channels, as a member of clinic staff, or as a person who messages a clinic that uses it — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Ask·ilia is

Ask·ilia is an AI assistant that, on behalf of a clinic, replies to patient messages and comments on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp, answers common questions, helps schedule appointments, and records bookings in the clinic's practice-management software. It can hand a conversation to clinic staff when needed.

Ask·ilia is a communication and scheduling tool for clinics. Ask·ilia is not a healthcare provider, is not a medical device, and does not provide medical, dental, diagnostic, or emergency services.

3. Who these terms apply to

  • Clinics ("Customers") — businesses that sign up for Ask·ilia, connect their channels and booking system, and use the portal to manage conversations and settings.
  • Clinic users — staff a Customer authorises to access the portal on its behalf.
  • End users ("Patients") — people who contact a clinic through a channel that Ask·ilia handles.

A Customer is responsible for its own users' access and for the lawful use of the service in its clinic.

4. Appointments are requests, not guarantees

Ask·ilia helps arrange appointments, but an appointment is confirmed only by the clinic. Prices, availability, services, and times shown come from the clinic's own data and may change. The clinic — not Ask·ilia — is responsible for honouring bookings and for the care it provides.

5. The AI assistant, and no medical advice

Replies are generated with the help of automated systems and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Ask·ilia does not give medical advice. It will not diagnose, recommend treatment, or handle medical emergencies. For anything urgent or medical, contact the clinic directly or your local emergency number. Do not rely on Ask·ilia for medical decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.
  • Send spam, malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Impersonate others, or submit someone else's personal data without the right to do so.
  • Use the service to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or copy the service except as the law allows.

7. Third-party platforms

Ask·ilia works on top of third-party platforms, including Meta (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp) and clinic practice-management software (e.g., Dentos / Webapp). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies, and we operate consistently with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or for interruptions, changes, or data handling on their side.

8. Customer accounts and responsibilities

Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, for the accuracy of the clinic data they provide (services, prices, hours, specialists), for obtaining any consents required to message their patients, and for complying with the laws that apply to their clinic. You must connect only channels and booking accounts you are authorised to connect.

9. Fees

Where a paid plan applies, fees, billing cycle, and payment terms are those set out in the Customer's order or plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for periods already served. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, effective from the next billing cycle.

10. Intellectual property

Ask·ilia, its software, and its brand are owned by Ask-ilia LLC. We grant Customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during their subscription. Customers keep ownership of their own clinic content and data; they grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see ask-ilia.com/data-deletion.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated replies will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ask-ilia LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount the Customer paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Ask-ilia LLC harmless from claims arising out of their use of the service, their clinic content, or their breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

15. Suspension and termination

A Customer may stop using the service and disconnect its channels at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, if required by a platform or by law, or to protect the service or its users. On termination we handle data as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion page.

16. Changes to the service and these terms

We may improve or change the service over time. We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with an updated effective date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi, Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
